Job Description
- Website/landing page design (requirements definition, wireframes, UI design, visual design)
- Figma required: component management, prototyping, sharing design specs
- Collaborate with engineers responsible for implementation; design QA
- Client communication in Chinese as needed
- Coordinate with clients and internal members on project progress; provide light support tasks when necessary

What We're Looking For
- Web design experience using Figma (or equivalent skills)
- Japanese: business level (meetings/email/documentation)
- Chinese (Mandarin): business level
- Portfolio required (URL or PDF)
Working Hours & Holidays
- Expected workload: ~150 hours/month
- Communication: mainly reachable weekdays 13:00-16:00; ad-hoc meetings as needed
- Deliverables: complete Figma design set, spec comments, lightweight prototypes
- Business travel: as needed; pre-arranged; travel expenses settled separately
- Holidays: Weekends and public holidays
